Wrangholm Kirk
Using our experience of community developments, we are working with the Board of Wrangholm Kirk in New Stevenston to advise on their alteration and refurbishment plans. With the aim of adapting and improving the church building to provide a better community facility for the local area, the overall project has been split into four manageable phases.
Phase 1 - the removal of the existing fixed pews, installation of new heating and provision of loose seating - is underway with completion due in early 2012.
Funding applications for phase 2 are now being submitted.
Phase 1 showing pews removed, sub-floor voids infilled and installation of the hardcore base - ready for the concrete floor
North Motherwell Church
We are now in the last phase of a substantial investment in this local community facility. Over the last 7 years, the church and hall have been transformed into modern, welcoming spaces full of natural light. The final phase is external redecoration, landscaping and provision of additional storage space.
Transforming the hall from a dark space to one filled with natural light. New chairs and pinboards are awaited.
Robert Wiseman Dairies
Continuing our relationship with Robert Wiseman Dairies throughout the UK, we were appointed as QS for the extension to the office accommodation at their Manchester Dairy. At the same time, we were working on the extension to their Milk Transfer Depot at Market Drayton.
